Affiliate Disclosure

persimmontree.co.nz is a participant in affiliate marketing programs operated by online casinos and gaming operators. When you click on certain links on our website and subsequently sign up or play at a casino, we may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you.

    How We Earn Money

Our website generates revenue through affiliate commissions from casino operators featured in our reviews and recommendations. These commissions help us maintain and improve our content, research, and services.

    Editorial Independence

We want to be absolutely clear: receiving affiliate commissions does not influence our editorial rankings, casino reviews, or recommendations. Our ratings and assessments are based on objective criteria including game variety, security, bonuses, customer service, and user experience. We review casinos independently and our affiliate relationships do not determine which casinos appear in our rankings or how we rate them.

    Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links on persimmontree.co.nz are clearly marked with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or similar indicators where applicable. Additionally, links that generate affiliate revenue may be identified through tracking parameters in the URL.

    Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure is made in compliance with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Ethics and New Zealand consumer protection standards. We are committed to transparent and honest advertising practices in accordance with NZ Fair Trading Act requirements.
